Daily activities include; grooming, handling and learning about horses ; colors, breeds, disciplines, health and care. Customized riding lessons from beginner to advanced. Trail rides, games on horseback, scavenger hunt, group games, puzzles, movie time and horse theme crafts, horse knowledge jeopardy and a giant reproduction barn with model horses. Other activities ; Peach or apple picking, rope swing, bareback riding and bathing horses. Bring bagged lunch and a fishing pole for daily picnic. Limited to 10 campers

Willowgait Farm is committed to providing a fun, safe horse camp that will leave children with new friendships, wonderful memories, riding and horsemanship skills. We make camp fun and interesting for children of all ages and levels. Every day, campers learn something new about horses while enjoying planned and supervised activities with children's safety and well being placed first. Our counselor to camper ratio is 3 to 1. All children are provided with an ASTM approved equestrian helmet. We believe it is safe and responsible to keep novice riders attached to a lead line while they are enjoying learning how to control a horse. Campers will then learn: balance, steering and stopping through walk, trot and canter on the lunge line. Returning Campers will advance their horsemanship and riding skills on our wonderful school horses in camp each year.
